Before you book
How do we reserve our date?
We check availability and send a personal quotation. Your date is reserved with a signed agreement and a 20% deposit.
When will we receive our photographs?
For a single wedding day, you’ll receive 100 edited preview photographs within 48 hours and your complete edited photographic gallery within seven calendar days. If we miss the seven-day deadline, we refund your 20% booking payment and still deliver your photographs. Film delivery is specified separately in your quotation. For multi-day celebrations, we agree the delivery schedule around the final event.
Who should we tell you about?
The people you would be most disappointed not to have a photograph with. Share their names, your family group list and any sensitive family arrangements with us before the wedding. We work these into the photography plan and coordinate the timing with your planner.
How are our photographs backed up?
We record photographs to two memory cards at the same time. A card is kept separately from the equipment during the journey home, files are copied to a hard drive on return, and a backup card is retained until delivery.
Can you help us plan the timing?
Start with our free wedding timeline planner. It estimates sunset and suggests a schedule you can edit. We review the actual timeline with you after booking.
Can you cover more than one day?
Yes. We can quote for your wedding together with a welcome dinner, rehearsal or farewell gathering. We agree the event hours, team, travel and deliverables in your personalised quotation.
Do you travel?
Yes. Based in Gauteng, available across South Africa and for destination celebrations. Travel and accommodation are itemised in your quotation.
Can we talk before booking?
Yes. We can arrange a short video call to get to know you, discuss your plans and answer your questions before you book.
