Clear words for
your peace of mind.
A short, plain-language guide to how Willow Road Photography handles enquiries and quotations.
Privacy notice
Your information
stays considered.
Willow Road Photography collects the information you choose to share through our enquiry and quotation forms, such as your name, email address, wedding date, venue, location, partner’s name and message.
Why we collect it
We use it to check availability, prepare and respond to your quotation request, communicate about your enquiry, arrange a call where requested, and provide services you ask us to provide. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or existing client relationship, meet legal or accounting obligations, or resolve a dispute. We securely delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
Service providers and international transfers
We may use trusted service providers for email, file delivery, scheduling, hosting and document preparation. Some providers may process information outside South Africa. We only use them where appropriate safeguards or a lawful transfer basis applies.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or ask us to stop direct marketing.

Website + quotation terms
A quotation is
a place to begin.
Information on this website is an invitation to enquire, not a confirmed booking. An instant quotation is an estimate based on the details selected and is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A date is held only once Willow Road Photography confirms it in writing and the required agreement and payment have been completed.
Travel and accommodation are included only where the quotation expressly says so for the selected location. Any exclusions, additional travel, venue requirements, taxes or other charges will be identified in the final quotation.
Final coverage, delivery timing, payment schedule, deposits, cancellation, postponement, force majeure, image delivery, album and print terms, and copyright or image-use permissions will be set out in the client agreement or final quotation.
Standard digital delivery is within one week of the wedding unless the final quotation states a different period. Expedited delivery is available only where selected and confirmed.
Prices shown in quotations are in South African rand. The final quotation will clearly state whether VAT is included, where applicable. A quotation is not an invoice and does not create a contract until accepted in writing.
Questions, corrections or complaints can be sent through the Contact page. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African consumer or privacy law.
