The form asks for both partners’ names, your email address, wedding date, and venue or town. We use these details to respond, check availability and prepare a personal quotation, including travel.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare and enquiries are delivered through Zoho Mail. These services process the information needed to host the website and deliver your message. We also use technical checks to limit automated or repeated form submissions.

The timeline planner does not require an email address. It uses the date, location and planning details you enter to create a suggested timeline. The timeline calculations run in your browser.

Reserving your date

An enquiry does not reserve a date or confirm availability. We confirm availability personally. Your quotation and booking agreement set out the coverage, travel, payment and delivery terms that apply to your booking. A signed agreement and 20% booking payment reserve your date.
